If you're in Glendora and looking for a great spot for breakfast or brunch, Peppertree Cafe is a solid choice. The service is quick, and the food hits the spot. The chilaquiles have flavor but aren't spicy, which isn't bad at all, and the waffles are delicious. I've been coming here for the past 3 years, and it never disappoints. Definitely worth checking out whether you're a local or just visiting.
We had a great breakfast at Peppertree Cafe today. It was our first time here and we will be back. Great prices and excellent service.
Great service by all the staff. Consistently good food and always fast. My family has been coming here for 10 years, and even during Covid, when it was hard to keep restaurants open, they survived. Loved this place and wonderful staff.
I had the farmers breakfast with biscuits and gravy. Food was great, service and restaurant were outstanding. Clean friendly and delicious food.
I know I've said it before and I'll keep on saying it, these are the best biscuits and gravy around. Comfort food for these cold rainy mornings. Service is also outstanding. The whole staff treat you like family, maybe it's because we've been going there ever since we moved to the area 30+ years ago.
Goooood breakfast spot! Now my friend and I might have been the youngest people there but that doesn't take away from the fact that the food and selection is fantastic lmao. The food is very affordable and really tasty. Service is fast, friendly, and efficient. Parking is easy since it has a large parking lot next to it. They also do senior and veteran discounts. Come through !
* Stroller space * Baby changing table in bathroom * high chairs This place is a great place for breakfast & brunch. Everyone was friendly and attentive. Coffee 3/5 - it tasted slightly burnt. Very strong. The table had little creamers to choose from. Jalapeño, Bacon & Cheese Omelette 5/5 - SUPER GOOD! The jalapeños were spicy, the eggs were cooked to perfection, melted cheese and crispy bacon. It didn't even need the extra hot sauce. I didn't want the extra sides that come with the meal because after looking around and seeing how huge the portions were, it would be too much for me.
Honestly I didn't think diners like this still existed but I'm thrilled that they do! A lot of diners have a hipster vibe and charge $15+ for a breakfast burrito. Pepper tree is nothing like that. The menu is extensive and affordable. They have a good balance of breakfast and lunch. They also have a great kids menu with options besides the standard grilled cheese and chicken fingers. Note: the kids entrees are huge portions. The coffee is pretty strong and tasty and our awesome server (Jessica) kept the refills coming. I honestly cannot go back to the broken yolk after coming here.
My first time here and I really enjoyed this place! Came on a rainy cold morning and I was pleasantly surprised when I saw they had a nice, big warm fireplace on at one end of the dining area. It made this place feel so comfortable and inviting. Adding to that nice warmth was the staff. They were all so welcoming with pleasant attitudes and smiles. On top of that, was their menu. It's American style, pretty much comfort food once you see it and start eating it. Definitely coming back!
